Flo-Master II...SMD-5002

Overview

The Flo-Master II is the second system in the Flo-Master family, with integrated features required for computer profiling of larger PCB's. The Flo-Master II should be considered for PCB's greater than 12" x 14".

Multiple profile Storage

The new Flo-Master II reflow controller uses a state of the art PID algorithm, which rapidly calculates the temperature environment. The Controller stores sixteen (16) profiles each with sixteen (16) segments for temperature ramp and soak instructions. Profiles may be programmed directly using the controller key pad or externally via our "Optional" computer profile system. Our Computer profile system includes the ability to store and upload unlimited settings through a "Windows" compatible Graphical Display program.

Simple Operation

A profile program can be run by simply selecting the "Run" key on the Controller. The entire process is controlled by the reflow controller so that the operator need not be in attendance during the reflow process.

Windows Profile Creation Software

The Windows Graphical Display (optional), communicates via a RS232 port. It's simple, graphical display enables the user to create, edit and save any number of rework profiles and Data Log their events as a .pdf Adobe file for future recall. The software also contains "Start" and "Stop" commands to optionally run the Flo-Master II directly from the computer.

Automated Z Axis

The Flo-Master II includes a pneumatic Z axis adjustment to clear the area after rework. It also helps access the component without concern of surrounding obstructions.

Underboard Heating

The Flo-Master II underboard heater is automatically controlled by the top Reflow Controller. An output Signal starts the bottom heat cycle and automatically switches it off after the reflow cycle.
