Perform Reflow heater Calibration.
1. Install –44 nozzle. 2. Set Controller to 232c set point. 3. Run profile and allow to reach set point. 4. Measure air temperature at output of the nozzle. 5. Air temperature/ set point = Pr(PV ratio). 200/232 =.86 6. Go to PG-20 and set PV ratio to value found in step 3. |
