APE Rework Station Bottom Heater- Komodo Dragon
Overview
Bottom Heaters are necessary in
Lead-Free rework to assist in keeping top reflow conditions to the
original manufacturing oven temperatures. The APE Komodo Dragon
incorporates APE patented forced Air Convection heating in a new
preheat package. This 900 watt panel preheat is the ultimate in panel
preheat systems. This unit used in conjuction with our Chipmaster
Reflow systems allows for use on high mass lead free boards. Can be
used with both Frame and Fork board holders. Also great for hand
soldering.

Komodo Dragon Panel Bottom Pre-Heat Unit
A heavy duty Bottom Panel Heater with a surface area of 7" around. Digital Closed-Loop Temperature Controller maintains the
programmed temperature via high capacity 900 Watt heater. This high energy feature enables a lower overall
rework temperature to be applied to the work. Includes a self-contained blower unit for constant
low-velocity, high-volume air flow.
